The company began in 1978 as a landscape architectural, design/build firm, was expanded in 1987 to include residential construction. The firm provides cost analysis and value engineering as an integral part of the design/build service.
The Principal of the firm is Mark J. Cross. He is a certified Landscape Architect in the states of Maryland and Virginia and holds a Maryland Contractor License, Virginia Class A Contractor License, and a Washington, D.C. Contractor License. He works extensively with the disciplines of Soils, Civil Engineering, and Architecture. Work experience includes planning and associated site development–inclusive of design and construction.
